How referral credits work.
Who is eligible?+
Any active Gabriel Care member can refer friends and family. Request your personal link above and we'll email it to you.
When does my reward qualify?+
After the customer's initial payment and a second successful recurring membership payment, subject to verification and refund checks. For three-month Full Access prepayment, that second payment is normally the renewal at month four. Credits post after verification; cash requires separate payout review and processing. Referrals captured under the previous offer retain that offer.
What can I spend the credits on?+
Anything your wellness credits already cover: visits, labs, supplements, bodywork, and the rest of your plan's covered care. Credits join your regular wellness balance and follow your normal benefit period.
Is there a limit?+
Ten qualifying rewards per trailing 365 days across cash and credits combined: up to $1,500 if all are wellness credits or $1,000 if all are cash. Existing vested referrals count toward the limit. Credits do not reduce membership fees.
How do I choose cash?+
Contact support@askgabriel.com before your referral enrolls. Cash requires approved affiliate status, accepted program terms and completed payout/tax onboarding. Non-members may apply. Otherwise eligible members receive wellness credits, which cannot be cashed out. Neither reward is tied to insurance enrollment. Read the Referral & Affiliate Terms.
