Referral & Affiliate Terms
Your friend keeps the applicable signup bonus. You earn one reward: $100 cash as an approved affiliate or $150 wellness credits as an active member.
1. Program and effective date
These supplemental terms govern the Gabriel Care LLC membership referral and approved affiliate program, version 2026-09-04. They apply to new referrals recorded under this version after publication on September 4, 2026. Referrals already recorded under the prior offer, earned rewards, and specific earlier written commitments retain their original terms. This program does not amend the benefits, pricing, or accepted Benefits Schedule of your membership.
2. One referrer reward; normal signup offer
The new customer receives the standard signup or community welcome offer applicable to their enrollment, subject to that offer’s own requirements. They do not receive an additional referral welcome bonus. For each qualifying new membership, the referrer receives either $100 cash as an approved affiliate OR $150 in promotional wellness credits as an active eligible Gabriel Care member, never both. Each new membership can generate only one referrer reward, including when a personal referral link and a community or affiliate link both apply. Separate household dependents or added lives do not each generate a reward.
3. Affiliate approval and reward election
Cash requires Gabriel’s written affiliate approval, recorded acceptance of these terms, required identity/tax and payout onboarding, and applicable program-compliance review. An affiliate need not hold a membership to receive cash. Wellness credits require an active eligible membership; household dependents use their eligible primary member’s link. Eligible members default to wellness credits. Ask Gabriel to record your cash election and complete approval before the referred customer enrolls. The recorded election is fixed for that referral; changes apply only to future enrollments. Issued credits cannot be converted into cash. Approval is not evidence that a cash payment has been made.
4. Attribution and qualifying payments
The customer must use a valid referral link or have an approved community/affiliate attribution recorded before enrollment. A valid personal referral attribution takes precedence over community attribution; two referrers cannot claim the same membership. No self-referrals, duplicate identities, re-enrollment rewards, fabricated referrals, or claims for an existing member are allowed. Rewards qualify after two distinct successful Gabriel Care membership payments: the initial payment and a subsequent recurring membership renewal. A three-month Full Access prepayment counts as one payment, not three; its second payment is normally the renewal at the start of month four. A waitlist submission, $0 invoice, pending payment, or insurance premium is not a qualifying membership payment.
5. Eligibility, refunds and payout timing
The referred membership must remain active and paid when the reward qualifies. Payments must pass verification and must not be refunded, reversed, or disputed. Eligible wellness credits are posted after verification. Cash is first recorded as an eligible affiliate payable and is paid only after separate payout review, completed onboarding, and payment-provider processing; qualification is not immediate cash delivery. Gabriel will provide payout-status information on request. Rewards affected by fraud, duplicate attribution, payment reversals or error may be held or corrected, with notice and an opportunity to resolve an error. No retroactive reduction applies merely because the program changes.
6. Limits and credit use
The standard limit is ten qualifying referral rewards per referrer in a trailing 365-day period across cash and wellness credits combined, including previously vested referrals. Ten cash rewards total $1,000; ten wellness-credit rewards total $1,500. A mixed election uses the same ten-reward limit. Any different affiliate arrangement requires separate written approval before referrals are made. Wellness credits increase the member’s available wellness balance for eligible expenses under the Membership Agreement and applicable Benefits Schedule. They follow the normal benefit-period expiration rules, do not reduce membership fees, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or cashed out. Cash commissions are separate from the Wellness Pool.
7. Membership only; compliant promotion
Rewards relate only to Gabriel Care membership referrals, never insurance enrollment, Agent-of-Record changes, premiums, insurance commissions, clinical treatment decisions, prescriptions, or ordering medical services. Provider and regulated referral relationships require separate review; affiliate approval does not authorize conduct prohibited by applicable law. Affiliates must accurately describe Gabriel, avoid promises of coverage, reimbursement, health outcomes or tax eligibility, and clearly disclose their financial connection when recommending Gabriel—for example, “I may earn a referral reward if you join.” Do not spam, impersonate Gabriel, buy branded search ads, or publish misleading offers.
8. Administration and changes
Gabriel records attribution, reward selection, qualifying payments, approvals, ledger entries and cash payment evidence separately. Participants are responsible for accurate onboarding information and their applicable tax obligations; Gabriel may request tax documentation and provide required reporting. Gabriel may suspend participation for documented abuse or ineligibility and change the program prospectively with applicable notice, preserving existing earned rewards and earlier written commitments.
